1. Website operator

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents digital-development services, demonstrates conceptual interfaces and allows visitors to send an enquiry. Demonstrations use sample data and do not create real orders, payments or entries in a client’s systems.

3. No public offer for development services

The information, examples, indicative budget ranges and buttons on the website are informational and do not constitute a public offer. Sending an enquiry confirms only that it has been received for review; it does not automatically create a service contract, fix a price or deadline, or oblige either party to begin work.

A project starts only after the parties agree its scope, result, price, schedule, payment stages, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property terms and other essential conditions in an individual proposal, invoice, agreement or contract.

4. Acceptable use

You must provide accurate contact details, use the website lawfully and avoid interfering with its operation. You may not upload malware, executable content, passwords, payment-card data, unlawfully obtained personal data, or materials that infringe third-party rights. You confirm that you are entitled to share any file and information you submit.

5. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, text, code, trademarks, emblem, images and demonstrations belong to CATALYST or are used under an appropriate licence. Viewing the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Rights to project deliverables, source code, third-party components and licences are determined by the individual agreement.

Concepts and demonstration data are not presented as completed client projects or verified client results.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but may update, suspend or remove content and functions for maintenance, security or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Prices and timing are not final until individually agreed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CATALYST is not liable for decisions based solely on general website information, failures caused by third-party services or networks, or loss caused by unlawful use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Personal data submitted through the website is processed under the Privacy Policy. By sending an enquiry, you confirm that you have read it and consent to the processing necessary to handle your request.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through written communication. If that fails, the dispute is resolved by a competent court under Ukrainian procedural law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules apply where the user acts as a consumer.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version published on the website applies from the date shown above. The Ukrainian version is authoritative; the English version is provided for convenience.
